In the framework of the different scenarios to foster members’ participation, UCLG, in collaboration with SIDA, is launching a separate call focusing on UCLG’s membership from Least Developed Countries (LDC), as defined by the United Nations (UN), to empower local experiences with great potential and higher capacity needs, ensuring visibility for the whole municipal movement, while enhancing the possibilities to transform global policies from different parts of the world.
This is a key opportunity for your city, local government or region to promote cooperation experiences or strengthen new and existing initiatives fostering the localization of the Sustainable Development Goals, providing them with an international profile and, when necessary, to access seed financial support or international expertise.
